How to Simply Create Content
Content creation is the name of the game with online marketing. The struggle of creating high quality content consistently can be or is one of the most challenging tasks for marketers. To add to the challenge, even the best content created has high odds of getting lost in all the noise online.
More and more content is being created and published by marketers and brands every day and it is getting very difficult to get even your best content in front of your target audience. It has become so noisy online, that the amount of content available to consumers outweighs the ability for them to consume even a small portion of it.
So how does the everyday brand marketer or someone building a side business online stand out over all the other content? The short answer is create content that always has your audience in mind.
Creating content is time consuming, hard, and takes time to develop that skill.
I know, coming from a dyslexic who has worked years at getting better at creating content I have a few ideas on how you can make it simpler on yourself and save yourself some time and get results.
I am going to share a few hacks on How to Simply Create Content.
When you focus on creating content your audience will love, and you talk directly to your ideal audience chances are you will make a bigger impact.
– So Identify who you are talking to and talk to that one person.
– Next is have your expectations in check. You shouldn’t posting to get sales. You should be posting to solve a problem, gain trust or to entertain your audience. Which therefore gives you leads, you can nurture and make offers or sales to.
– Third thing before sharing how to simply create content is pick some categories that your posts will fall into.
examples: testimonials, teach something, inspiration, overcoming objections, share a story, what your mission is, etc.
How to SImply Create Content without losing your mind!
Way too many people are posting and praying. I see them just throwing up graphics, prices, links and just whatever hoping that it works or that they get lucky and something they unthoughtful post gets them business.
People are NOT winning with this strategy. So lets dive in and talk about how you can create content that works and keeps things simple for you.
Create a private FB group to store inspiration
It seems like there are times when all the amazing ideas rush in at one time.
If I don’t act on it now I will forget. So I used to post 3-4 posts back to back. Fire them off.
I didn’t get results. Posts were competing against each other and it didn’t work.
So this is what I did. I created a private facebook group and when these ideas come to mind, i post in this group. When I see a funny meme, or inspirational graphic or post. I share it in the group.
It’s also a great place to share old FB memories or IG posts to. You can store pictures you want to use in the future there and it becomes a library of ideas.
That way when you need to create content and post something meaningful, and that is purposeful you have loads of ideas and inspiration to go by. Or even posting a great imagine you had forgotten about or that got lost in your phone’s photo album.
Repurposing content
I talk about this a lot! You have made some incredible content, why not reuse it?!
Your social media audience is a moving parade. They are not always standing there seeing everything you post.
So reuse your amazing content. You can do this by saving poast fb memories inside your secrete FB group.
If your accounts are business accounts you can look at analytics and see what people liked best that you have posted in the past.
You can use the same picture and different words. Or the same words and a new picture!!

This is a hack I learnded early on. When I started in the online world and needed pictures of myself and brand it was hard. I was so dang busy and rarely was I cleaned up enough to represent my brand online.
So…..Id get cleaned up -ish and I would take some photos. Then I would change shirts and take a few more. Next I would switch up my hair, lip color location and within 30 minutes I could have 10 different looks.
Another thing is once I used these 10 photos, I could go back to the photos I had batch shot the month before and reuse some of those. People don’t know or remember that I posted that same photo 2 months ago.
So start building an arsenal of photos that you have taken yourself. This is a part of content creation. Having your own photos!!!

The struggle is real!!! I am dyslexic and this has taken me years to get better, and I still struggle. This is exactly why I force myself to write a blog every week. I want to get better, and I have to get better in order to stand out.
So this is what you can do to save yourself time and get inspiration.
You know all those cute pictures with great quotes on them? Yeah if that speaks to you use that as the caption for a photo you have taken. DOn’t write it on the picture use it in the copy.
This can lead into a story, or one of the categories that the post falls into.
Another simple way to create the wording for your content is to use google. If you have a picture of you drinking coffee, google “coffee captions”. Click images or read the website headings. This is going to trigger you to come up with what to create and say.
How to simply create content - Wrap up
Don’t post just to post. Don’t over post either. I don’t want you to make this hard on yourself, but I want you to create content that converts. Content that people want to see and interact on.
Slow down before posting or sharing. How can you use what you see and that speaks to you online as inspiration to create your own post??
When you slow down for a moment, you will be able to speed up and get the results you want from the content you are creating!!!
