I’m sharing my best time saving tips that will help you get more done in your business and keep overwhelm & frustration to a minimum.

 My Top 5 Time Saving Tips for Business and Life so you can actually get all of your daily business duties done no matter how busy life is.

These are the things that I do every week to save me a lot of time, energy and money.

I’m also share with you the resources to the services and products I use, so you don’t have to spend time hunting down your options.

Time Saving Tip #1 – schedule your week - plan your day

A week prior I start scheduling out what I have to do or need to do the following week. I get a game plan going and set time aside for what I want to get done.

Then every night before I go to bed I make sure that I have a plan on what to do and know what I need to be ready for the next day.

Inside my physical planner I have lists and times set aside and scheduled for exactly when I’m going to do it.

I also use a tool called Trello to keep myself and my team organized with all of our tasks, projects and people.

Trello is a lifesaver and must have even if work by yourself right now.

So remember, a productive day doesn’t just happen.

You need to have a plan and then work your plan. Sit down every night and plan out your next day and get it on your planner.

side note – setting alarms and reminders to go off in your phone will help you stay on task and on time.

Time saving tip #2 - outsource a few household duties that someone else can do

These are things that HAVE to be done, but do you have to be the one to do them?

When you take into account the time it takes to go to the grocery store, wash, fold and put away laundry, even cleaning the house the time adds up quick.

For years I have hired these three chores out. Now I don’t just sit back and eat bon bons while someone is cleaning my house, picking up my groceries or doing my laundry. This frees up so many hours, for me to WORK. To do income producing activity. 

You may be surprised to find out that you can make more money during this time than it costs to pay someone else to do it for you. 

I live in a fairly small town and we have a service called Instacart. It’s a grocery delivery service. If you use the link above you will save $10!! 

And if none of these services are an option for you or available in your area, set aside a day of the week or set time to get these chores done.

time saving tip #3 - Amazon Prime

Shopping is so time consuming and clothes shopping is an entire another story. 

So lets talk about amazon Prime!! First off, it’s easy, they have almost everything you need and at competitive prices.

From the time it takes to drive to store, to finding clothes you like, to trying them on and purchasing them…were talking many hours.

You get clothes, shoes, jewelry or handbag that you want to try out and you only keep what you like, return what you don’t and only pay for the items you keep. whoop whoop!!

My favorite part is you ship back for free what you don’t want. You don’t even need to leave your house.

This has been a huge time saver for me. I know that you are busy and you will be able to save yourself a buttload of time that you can put right back into your business.

Time saving tip #4 - Automate content

Content creation takes sooo much time. From blogs, to social posts on all your platforms, groups, pages and profiles. This could consume your entire day if you allowed it. 

It is a cycle, always creating new and more. 

I would day dream about something that would tell me what posts my audience loved the most, a way to reuse that post over and over with out manually having to do it and keep track of it.

Time saving tip #5 - Learn on the go!

I think all business owners will agree that daily personal development is key!!
I think we would all agree also that it is sometimes put on the back burner because we are so busy!

Right?

This time saving tip when it comes to business is that I listen to personal development and trainings when I’m getting ready in the morning, doing chores around the house or driving around running errands.

Why not?

You will never have another excuse for not absorbing personal development every single day.

Turn your car into a rolling university, or grab a water speaker and listen while in the shower!! This is the speaker I use. 

How many hours a week do you spend in your car taking the kids to school, back and forth to practices, running around, etc…?

Perfect time to listen to your personal development so you can get more done during the time when you can’t actually be working your business.

Time saving tip - wrapping up
