2 quick tips to get more engagement on a post.

I have been a business owner since 2003 and although I loved being an entrepreneur, I owned a traditional Brick and Mortar business which kept me so busy that I was unable to attend events, birthday parties, funerals and my nephews wrestling tournaments. Even though I loved it – It wasn’t worth the sacrifices. I was missing out on the people and the things that meant the most to me in life.

I would fill my calendar with work and I would fit my personal life in around my work. When i was introduced to my new business, one of the first things I realized this opportunity provided was I could make money while I slept from work I had done earlier in the week, and I was able to pencil in my calendar everything I wanted to do, lunch with friends, doctor appointments, coffee with my cousins, and then I mark in my calendar when I wanted to work.

I have to say a huge part of my success is from the training that my company and my success line has provided.

So I want to give you two quick tips on how you can grow your business and leverage your time through social media:

1- All of us like to see when our memories pop up on our personal profiles and many of us share it. It has big orange border across it when you share it and it looks “shared”. I suggest that instead of sharing that memory – comment on it. When you comment on it, the memory will not only recirculate in your newsfeed but also generate notifications to all those who had commented or liked that post earlier. So Instead of sharing memory, like it or recommend on it.

**Also make the post public if it is not already!

2 – If you make a post on your page or profile and it dies down without getting enough interaction, you can comment, reply to a comment on it to recirculate it to the top of the Newsfeed. Another idea is if a post has got ton of comments, don’t reply to all of them simultaneously. Keep coming back to reply to a few comments at a time after few hours to keep that post active in the Newsfeeds of others.

I hope these tips will allow you to get more engagement on the Facebook and will let your posts reach as many people as possible.

Liz
