Networking on Facebook!

Networking on Facebook! Grow your friends list with people you know, have common interests with and stop wasting money on business cards.

I was talking to new business partner about this…

While marketing on social media a time may come when you have already reached all the people you know on social media. Here is the time to step forward and look for new connections and friendships.

When you meet people on a commute, a park or a restaurant you have got two options to start a relationship with them – either you’ll give them a business card or try to build a relationship with them on social media. The later one is much better and highly fruitful. It’s more likely that people won’t contact you through your business card as they have become habitual of taking them and putting them somewhere safe not to be checked again. Instead of that connect with them on social media and reach them more effectively.

So when you meet people somewhere and you feel that they can be your future customers, try to communicate with them and when you have to leave; tell that you would like to know them more and request them to let you send a friend request on Facebook. People don’t take it as odd these days. You’ll be surprised that by doing this your friends list will increase tremendously and your chances to grow your business will also increase by focusing on connecting with new people on social media.

Facebook has a lot of recommendations for you. Scroll through them and send friend requests to all those who look familiar to you in some way. To connect on social media is much better option than giving your business card to someone so save your money and get better results by focusing on social media relationships.
