15 Things to do while you’re at your Kids Practice.

When my daughter Ruby first started playing sport and having practice I found myself frustrated that I wasn’t being productive during this hour of time. So some practices I would bring paper work to go through and other times I was annoyed that I didn’t have time to stop working to print off what I would need while on the sidelines.

So….I found other ways to be productive during her sports practices and have made a list for you.

15 Things you can do while sitting at sports practice.

1. Create a dinner menu.

2. Make a grocery list – I love using instacart for our grocery delivery. I upload our list right to the cart and schedule a time to have it delivered.

3. Pay bills – yuck! My least favorite adulting duty.

4. Walk – get in some steps. You can even multi task with this. Walk while you are adding groceries to your shopping list.

5. Clean out your car.

6. Clean out your email inbox – Barf!! This is something I don’t like doing at all, but it is such a great feeling once it’s done.

7. Send a text to someone you haven’t seen or chatted with in a while.

8. Go for a walk – You can sue this time to multi task. While getting your steps in, use this time to also create your shopping list.

9. Clean out your purse or wallet.

10. Read a book – if you read 10 pages a day you will end up reading approximately 10-15 books a year!!

11. Paint your nails

12. Clear out your phones photo album- Deleting old pictures, accidental pics, screenshots you no longer need, etc. This is a great way to free up a lot of space on your phone and cloud as well! If you need more storage on your phone check out my favorite app called Dropbox!!

13. Call someone – This is a great time to catch up and not be interrupted.

14. Clean out your kids backpack and see what school work they have, what needs signed, recycled and completed.

15. Work your side business – huh?! yes, you can create a business from your phone and work it anywhere you have cell signal!! Make some extra money while your kid practices!

So after watching my daughter warm up for practice and saying hello to the parents I can get a lot of stuff accomplished and of course I work my online business. Then when we are home I am able to spend more quality time with my family.
